Any American Standard system installed by Symbiont Service Corp. is backed by a full 10 year parts and labor warranty. Furthermore, in the event the equipment should require technical attention, we look toward the manufacturer's willingness to back their warranty and their proficiency in providing parts to us for prompt, quality repairs.
Symbiont Service Corp. limits its service area to Charlotte and South Sarasota counties. A service call outside of our service area would require a longer wait for the customer than we feel is reasonable.
Symbiont Service Corp offers Planned Service Agreements to our customers for annual or semi-annual tune ups on any central air conditioning system or heat pump. We are a participating FPL contractor.
